You are:

A detail-oriented individual who can support the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis team in driving the worldwide planning, budgeting, and forecasting process. You are a strategic thinker who can enable the company to set revenue and earnings expectations for the current and subsequent years as well as establish the company’s strategy and objectives.

You will:

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support related to the monthly forecast and annual budget processes, including the P&L, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow

  • Explain and reconcile actual financial results with planned results and proactively identify areas of risk or opportunity by working with business unit CFO’s and other finance and operational leaders

  • Lead the Forecasting process for several Enterprise-level areas, including Accounts Payable, Accrued Liabilities, Corporate adjustments, Restructuring, and Accounts Receivable

  • Analyze capital proposals and its financial assumptions, working with business unit operations teams and senior management to ensure capital submissions are evaluated accurately; track capital spend, progress and budget variances throughout the year

  • Prepare charts, slides, memos, and other data summaries as required for senior leader presentations, Board of Directors submissions or ad hoc initiatives

  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Investor Relations related to the budget, forecast and actuals

Your background:

As a Manager, you have:

  • B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other analytical degree

  • Graduate degree (i.e. MBA) preferred

  • 5 – 15 years relevant experience

  • Strong financial modeling and excellent analytical skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer and Technical Systems aptitude

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented work ethic and the ability to multi-task
