Hyatt Polaris Restaurant Supervisor in ATLANTA, Georgia
Description:

We are looking for a new Polaris Supervisor for Atlanta’s legendary rotating Blue Dome restaurant and lounge on the top of Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Polaris has been a landmark on the Atlanta skyline since 1967 and reopened as one of the city’s most must-see restaurant destinations in 2014.
The Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the Polaris Restaurant, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and training. This person must have strong communication and analytical skills and extensive knowledge about spirits, wines and beers. Beverage cost control experience is helpful.The Polaris Restaurant & Lounge Supervisor will be responsible for providing additional support to the outlet operation in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. The Supervisor will assist in ensuring that Polaris is operating efficiently while continuing to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications:
The hotel is searching for individuals that demonstrate the following attributes
2-3 Years Food and Beverage Supervisory experience
Dependability and accountability
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
