How you’ll make an impact:

This role is responsible for supporting the overall packaging, RMS, and trim development processes and contributing to process efficiencies. The RMS, Packaging, and Trim EDP Coordinator must be highly organized, attentive to detail, self-directed, and possess strong analytical skills and an innate sense of curiosity.

This role typically reports into the Manager - Product Labeling, Packaging & Branded Trim Development and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment (4 days/week in-office)

50%: Essential job functions - Packaging

  • Helps to support submit approvals for Packaging and provides direction to suppliers on rejections

  • Helps to maintain an organized library of approved submits

  • Implement SOP process improvements for packaging

  • Build relationships with marketing, merchandising, PDC teams and overseas partners

  • Run reports to monitor packaging approvals

  • Communicate with overseas offices on packaging status and strategy

  • Work closely with manager to align on new process of packaging approval in FLEX

50%: Essential job functions - Fabric and Trim

  • Works alongside the RMS Associate to keep fabric & trim library organized and ensuring it is up to date with all active materials

  • Aid RMS Associate with running reports to monitor usage of fabrics and govern the qualities, making sure to deactivate any unused qualities

  • Aid RMS Associate in coordinating mill week process and communicate with Asia the inspiration needs and cost guidance seasonally

  • Link with PDC on fabric and trim development

  • Can review multiple metrics and identify outliers when analyzing business opportunities

  • Contributes strategies or solutions based off multiple data points

  • Communicates ideas or strategy clear and concisely

  • Can identify what and when information should be communicated to the leadership team and does so in a succinct matter

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)

Preferred skills and experience:

  • The ability to prioritize effectively while balancing feedback from multiple stakeholders

  • Proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels of the business

  • Ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly and effectively

  • Energetic self-starter

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Adept in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
