UPS Revenue Enablement Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Summary

This position supports the development of revenue strategies to ensure profitable growth and yield for business units across the UPS enterprise. The incumbent assists in establishing incentive guidelines, policies and initiatives for U.S. origin Domestic, Export/Import Services as well as other features of services supported by UPS and its subsidiaries. This role supports applications used by our direct sales force and frontline pricing teams by enabling pricing programs and guardrails within the applications and is also responsible for monitoring/reporting on pricing trends related to these programs. This position supervises specialist and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes competitive environment and collaborates with other functions to identify market conditions impacting UPS’s revenue enablement strategy

  • Synthesizes competitor pricing trends and tactics to inform competitive responses to protect volume, revenue, and profit

  • Provides revenue management expertise in marketing initiatives to sync with revenue enablement strategies

  • Administers customer compliance programs to ensure revenue enablement policy and procedure adherence by field operations

  • Assists with rate development and implementation

  • Builds and updates reports related to pricing/revenue management activities

  • Administers and assists with development of pricing guidelines

Preferences

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word. PowerPoint and Access)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI

  • Experience with Pricing/Revenue Management

  • Experience with SQL and managing large amounts of data

  • Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Marketing, Business, Finance or a Technology related field
