How will you make an impact in this role?

American Express is looking for a Senior Manager, for Business Blueprint Product Marketing to contribute to the company's focus on making Blueprint the small business homepage and a primary destination for SME customers. Blueprint is a digital experience designed exclusively for small business owners, providing access to tools to manage Card and cash flow more efficiently and with greater confidence. This team is seeking a highly motivated thought-leader to develop the Business Blueprint Product Marketing strategy, serve as the voice of the Blueprint customer, and partner cross-functionally to drive greater awareness and usage of Blueprint.

  • Develop and continuously optimize platform messaging and positioning strategy

  • Develop a clear Enterprise narrative and GCS value proposition of Blueprint as a membership benefit.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new platform features across relevant marketing channels and user experiences

  • Increase platform usage & engagement through evolving UX messaging and new marketing journeys

  • Integrate platform value proposition deeply into Business Checking and Business Line of Credit acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

  • Partner across a broad stakeholder group including Product, Engagement Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Compliance to deliver innovative, compliant Product Marketing strategies

  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure customer centricity across the E2E experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Superior project management skills (ability to balance multiple priorities with close attention to detail and deliver high quality output)

  • Drives results and operates with a high sense of accountability and professionalism

  • Proactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others’ goals to bring out the best for the business.

  • Strong communicator with effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Marketing/Leading go-to-market strategies

  • People leadership experience

  • Familiarity with Amex GCS business

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
