How you’ll make an impact:

The Indirect Procurement Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, including but not limited to IT services, marketing, store operations supplies, and professional services. The role involves researching market trends, data gathering and analysis in support of vendor management and cost savings initiatives.

This role typically reports into the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.

40%: Strategic Sourcing

  • Support the identification of vendors that meet the company’s quality, cost and delivery requirements

  • Conduct the analysis of RFP documents for financial consideration, including pricing, terms and conditions

  • Facilitate preparation of deal summaries

40%: Vendor Management

  • Responsible for current vendor performance data gathering and analysis

  • Execute vendor risk assessment, onboarding, continuous monitoring and offboarding processes

  • Complete cost savings opportunity analysis with current vendor through regular business reviews

20%: Category Management

  • Conduct market research to support Sourcing team on industry trends and potential opportunities

  • Perform spend analysis to help categorize addressable spend and opportunities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholder to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and initiatives

  • Support ESG initiatives including Supplier Diversity and Sustainability

We’d Love to hear from you if:

Must have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, financial analyst or related roles

  • 4-year degree in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or related field

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot table, power query), and PowerPoint

  • Proven record of ability to draw conclusions from internal or external data source

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Driven and able to balance multiple priorities

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Self-motivated and resourceful

  • Work independently and complete tasks on-time with minimal oversight

  • Strong communication skill to effectively interpret stakeholder requirements
