Description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the interpretation of government regulations including the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 19, Export Administration Regulation (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and other government agencies.

  • Research regulatory guidance to integrate regulations into business processes to maximize outcomes.

  • Responsible for supporting daily classification activities for parts including ECCN and HTS/Schedule B.

  • Develop and maintain customs compliance and export procedures, policies, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and third parties to verify country of origin status for marking and trade agreements.

  • Coordinate with foreign third-parties to collect and review business partners required under Textron’s Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy.

  • Works with international affiliates to ensure import and export certificates and supporting documentation are in place.

  • Assist in trade and anti-corruption compliance training across the organization as needed.

  • Collect and maintain data related to free trade agreement certification, duty drawback, reconciliation programs and denied party screenings.

  • Support internal and external audit related requirements as needed.

  • Software Knowledge: Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
