Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and communicate strategy around prospecting, establishing, and retaining customer base to support products relevant to Cushman and E-Z-GO.

  • Develop and lead sales professionals to address the customers’ needs and expectations.

  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.

  • Utilize knowledge of all sales elements critical to the sales process, including comprehensive familiarity with products and technical specifications of the products in order to create sales opportunities.

  • Provide competitive intelligence on product trends, competitive programs, and other market intelligence factors to support Cushman and E-Z-GO sales efforts.

  • Perform distribution gap analysis to support dealer development actions and planning.

  • Develop and present weekly reporting metrics pertaining to sales activities, sales forecasts, and budgets in the required formats and create ad hoc reports as requested.

  • Provide leadership internally and externally for the assigned region and sales territory and develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive business opportunities relative to strategic goals.


Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field required

  • Years of Experience: 6 or more years of industry experience selling both direct and through distribution to large National, Rental, Hospitality, and/or Higher Education accounts required

  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce

  • Must have knowledge of government procurement process (GSA)
