IT Security Analyst
Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the overall health of the TSV’s endpoint security environment, ensuring robustprotection against threats.
Implement advanced security measures to regulate access to computer data files and preventunauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information.
Develop and conduct security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices and emergingthreats.
Support proactive vulnerability management, including regular scanning, assessment, and remediation ofsecurity vulnerabilities.
Monitor security events and reports to identify and mitigate IT risks. Lead incident response activitiesincluding triage, event verification, isolation, eradication, recovery, and reporting.
Ensure audit compliance by reviewing applications, databases, and operating systems. Work with businesscounterparts to implement necessary changes in a timely manner.
Assist in the development and maintenance of IT security policies, standards, and processes to align withindustry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Operate and configure security-related tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms.
Participate in daily IT security operations, including monitoring, threat analysis, and response. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required. Relevant certifications such asCompTIA Security , CISA, CEH, CISSP, ITIL, or CISM are preferred
Years of Experience: 3 or more years, cyber security preferred
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with PowerShell, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Serve
