Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the design, development, configuration, and definition of business processes and procedures for the SAP finance, controlling, and related modules, including, but not limited to, Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling & Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets.

  • Partner with the business to identify and document requirements for enhancement requests and break/fix scenarios, serving as a dedicated IT business partner to a functional leader, as assigned.

  • Research solutions and perform break and fix analyses to develop recommended solutions to address business requirements.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in architecture, implementation, design, administration, and maintenance discussions to ensure solutions are compatible with other SAP modules and integrated software.

  • Demonstrate proof of concept and assist with training activities.

  • Work with BASIS and ABAP personnel to define custom program, report and interface specifications and perform troubleshooting.

  • Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality.

  • Monitor SAP releases, enhancements, new functionality, and perform application research. Research and create SAP OSS notes, as needed.

  • Participate in release upgrades or new functionality and enhancement assessments and make recommendations to improve current systems and resolve ticketing issues when necessary.

  • Participate in solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating the test execution, and validating test results.

  • Follow project and change management methodologies in place and provide process improvement feedback, as needed.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or related field required

  • Years of Experience: 5 years’ experience designing, configuring, testing, and implementing SAP FICO solutions in a multi-currency environment across various geographies with integration to SD, PP and MM

  • Software Knowledge: SAP (ECC required, S/4 preferred); general knowledge of business intelligence, reporting and ITIL tools; knowledge/understanding of tax and financial software integrations into ERP preferred (Cforia, Taxware, Vertex, etc.)

  • Capacity to be a contributing member of a team implementing SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and other business software
