Our Opportunity:

This high profile organization is seeking a Business Process Analyst to assist in supporting the leadership team in driving organizational clarity and overall team alignment. Key results for this position are focused on: innovative process improvement, execution of organization and project strategy/planning, and enablement of communication and change management through content management. We are looking for a motivated individual with proven ability to effectively handle multiple deliverables with competing priorities.

What you’ll do:

  • Partnering with business and technical organizations (e.g. Client Reporting) to ensure expectations are met and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues.

  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, working with scrum masters, managers, directors, and other analysts to ensure overall project goals and timelines are met.

  • Work with other team members to create reports and dashboards from various data sources and related Microsoft SharePoint environments and applications

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives.

  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.

  • Design and produce ad hoc reporting and develop business cases.

  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance process requirements.

  • Partner and liaison between business and technical teams to ensure expectations are met to resolve issues.

  • Create and maintain statuses and reports both scheduled and adhoc to Trading Technology management team and to senior management, as required.

  • Ensure that reports are completed in a timely manner and meet due dates.

  • Create and maintain presentations, supports graphics and charts in support to business planning and reporting.

  • Work with other team members and groups to create reports and dashboards from various data sources.

  • This position will assist and collaborates with Trading Technology Head of Business Management.

  • Added tasks or responsibilities as needed.

What you have:

  • Experience in reporting and analytics.

  • Expert level in Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs).

  • Expert with creating PowerPoint presentations.

  • Working knowledge of Tableau.

  • Familiar with Atlassian stack (JIRA/Confluence).

  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Lync) required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Business degree is a plus.
