Hyatt Guest Services Operator - Full-Time in AUSTIN, Texas

Miraval Austin is seeking a Guest Services Operators to join our growing team. This position is responsible for switchboard operations throughout the property, prioritizing tasks requiring action, dispatching housekeeping and maintenance calls, and maintaining dispatch logs while answering the phone promptly, professionally, and courteously. In addition to phone duties, this position will prepare welcome cards and amenities and perform various administrative duties. We are looking for colleagues who can make a connection to our guests, are empathetic and compassionate, and are engaging and friendly.

Miraval Austin sits nestled in 210 acres of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve overlooking beautiful Lake Travis and just 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Qualifications:

  • 1 year of related experience and/or training

  • Customer service experience required

  • Must have both morning and evening availability

  • Computer experience required

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fastpaced environment.

  • Must be completely flexible and be able to workweekdays, weekends, and holidays
