Works with specific written or verbal instructions to receive/deliver/ count/ handle sensitive components following company command media
Process and expedite incoming material delivered by external and internal customers into company portal tracking software. Maintain daily logs as needed to support task performance.
Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming stockroom receiving to appropriate storage location. Incoming Receiving is delivered daily to the stockroom for approximately 50 packages a day with an average of 24 hours of expected turn around working FIFO or other wise directed
Drive company vehicles for special trips to pick up or drop off packaged to and from FedEx under scheduled exceptions
Work with on-line database and/or written instructions to process sub task requested to the stockroom from internal and external customers in turn time posted for that specific task
Pick-up and deliver urgently needed material as tasked. Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding loss, damage, or delivery issues. Discuss issue with customer to identify problem and determine appropriate action. Escalate to lead, Supervisor or manger as appropriate.
Assist in planning and assignment of stockroom task as needed or required for block schedules
Conduct physical inventory of inventory for production and repair organizations using company portals and processes
X-Ray and input data for returned material to the stockroom within expected time requirement
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Ability to quickly learn new processes.
Sense of urgency.

Cycle count experience

ESD awareness
MSD experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
