Full-time onsite:
- Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Process Tech - This position is with the IPC Training and Onboarding team.
In this position you will:
Be an instructor presenting the IPC Standards material for both IPC-610 and J-STD-001, as well as assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
As an IPC trainer, you provide instructions about the assembly and quality standards of electrical products according to IPC standards.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High school diploma/GED with 1-3 years training experience.
Experience presenting training material to groups/colleagues.
Knowledge of IPC Industry Standards (IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001)
Ability to obtain both IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 CIT certification within 6 months of hiring date
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work in a team setting
Soldering and solder inspection experience.
Plans, organizes, and conducts training programs for manufacturing personnel. Training may include but not limited to lecture, soldering, web-based training, etc.
Responsible for manufacturing new hire induction/onboarding program.
Excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills required.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Current IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 CIT Certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62810 - $100540
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
