As a Scheduler, you will:

Prepare, develop, and maintain production schedules, taking the lead to plan, track, analyze and report on project schedules of varying size and complexity, both US Government and Commercial utilizing scheduling software.

  • Identify logical relationships, constraints, critical paths, etc.

  • Model and propose best progressing and scheduling methodologies.

  • Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.

Create production forecasts models based on potential new and growth work for utilization from resource management.

Provide key support to project and program management efforts, monitoring workflow, coordinating, and tracking schedule and identifying key project delivery risks and issues.

Organize and meet with production to gather status and review impact to key milestones and events.

Prepare schedule narratives describing the status of assigned projects with weekly deliverables.

Provide project schedule analysis to Project Team, listing critical path activities to key milestones and events, displaying activities that are behind schedule to baseline.

Ensure compliance with company scheduling procedures to set and maintain baseline schedules.

Solicit and feedback from key stakeholders to continuously improve the process.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in engineering or business administration or related field with 7 years of planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education/experience.

Experience to assemble and present data and multi-faceted matters in a meaningful way to stakeholders outside of the Master Planning & Scheduling team.

Advanced user in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook

Experience with Oracle ERP or MRP equivalent software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written for consistent interaction with all departments and employee levels.

Facilitate group decision-making and conflict resolution.

Willingness to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume/variability production environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Knowledge of EVMS

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
