THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, Seeking candidates from TX or FL locations


Execute technology strategies, policies and procedures. Successfully implement technology-based systems to carry out the Company’s mission, strategic goals, and business plan. Provide expertise in a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures while providing leadership and management of direct reports from diverse Information Technology fields and business partners.


  • Manage and maintain the SAP modules related to manufacturing, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system functionalities within the SAP environment.

  • Configure and customize the SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.

  • Design and develop the solution architecture for SAP and related systems, considering the manufacturing domain's specific requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to align the solution architecture with overall business strategies and goals.

  • Ensure the integration and compatibility of the SAP solution with other enterprise systems and legacy manufacturing management systems.

  • Perform system configuration activities to implement new functionalities or modify existing ones within the SAP modules.

  • Collaborate with the development team to implement customizations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure the stability and reliability of the SAP system.

  • Design and develop interfaces between SAP and other legacy systems used in manufacturing management.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to establish seamless data exchange and integration between systems, ensuring accurate and real-time information flow.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.


  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the SAP PP,PM and QM modules related to manufacturing operations across our global sites. This role will focus on solution architecture, system configuration, development, and interface design between SAP and other legacy systems involved in manufacturing management.

  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map business requirement, processes, and objectives; perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements develops necessary product modification to meet user requirement

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, supporting BPM team for business process change management

  • Create and manage development project plans, including strategic planning, milestones, and roadmaps. Involved in the development, modification and execution of company policies that affect immediate operations with potential company-wide effect. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Responsible for project management activities related to SAP implementations and enhancements within the manufacturing domain.

  • Manage broad activities of the business units through the interpretation, application and implementation of company-wide policies and processes appropriate to the functional areas.

  • Ensure appropriate documentation and training of business users, and operational control and security of all local and remote users.

  • Review objectives to determine the success of the operation. Manages the activities and operations of two or more departments, directly impacting a specific functional area. Establishes operational objectives and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

  • Interacts frequently with internal departments and external customers/vendors, particularly in problem resolution. Responsible for hiring, coaching and counselling employees, including performance reviews, disciplinary action and terminations.

  • May be responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of SAP function and technical staff.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP modules (PP, QM, PM) are a plus.


  • Proven experience (8 years) working with SAP modules, specifically in the manufacturing domain, with a focus on PP, QM, and PM.

  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions within complex environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of system configuration, development, and customization within SAP modules.

  • Experience in interface design and integration between SAP and legacy systems related to manufacturing management.

  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and execute SAP projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues within the SAP system.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
