The Senior Finance Manager, EP&A Global Integration and Deployment will be a critical leader within the Finance Solutions & Technology team supporting finance transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Business Unit Finance, Implementation Leads, and SigniFi program leaders to drive global finance deployment activities including data conversion & master enablement, process readiness, testing & training activities, and closely monitor functionality of implemented processes & technologies. This role will also orchestrate and execute the target state as it relates to data, processes, and technologies associated with planning & forecasting while influencing change management & solution adoption across the globe within business models.

Key Responsibilities:

EP&A Program Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial leadership & maintenance of the Global EP&A (Enterprise Planning & Analytics deployment strategy, approach & playbook).

  • Execute program deliverables in alignment with project plan with focus on MedTech finance transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with Finance end-users and across SigniFi process teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.

  • Work closely with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions in instances of process breakdowns.

  • Active participation in EP&A program governance (e.g., status updates, resource planning, integrated plan).

  • Ensure financial processes & technology are enabled for compliance with worldwide operating procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization to activate new ways of working.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to design, develop, and deploy industry-leading operational processes across EP&A workstreams.

o Development of a simplified global approach for financial forecasting processes (i.e.: Process Principles and Universal Truths).

o Lead in the development of strategies and tactics for the Path to the Rolling Forecast

o Lead in designing process and data integration governance and calendar.

o Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and governance processes are in place to drive adherence to global standards.

o Support Change, Communication and Training (CC&T) teams to ensure global process changes are adhered to and adopted by the broader organization.

  • Drive streamlined coordination across geographies, business units, and functions.

  • Lead in the creation of the future-state financial planning calendar with focus on minimizing management reviews to drive reductions in end-to-end planning cycle time.

  • Primary point of contact for implementation lead community and liaise with source system owners.

Other Responsibilities

  • Leads ad hoc requests / projects for process-related projects.

  • Leads continuous improvement activities.

  • Interact and influence business partners to achieve project objectives.

  • Support on-boarding new team members.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

  • Advanced degrees such as a CPA, CMA or MBA/Master’s is preferred.

  • A minimum of 7 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership team members is required.

  • The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required.

  • Change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment is required.

  • Foundational project management skills are required.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required.

  • Innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design is preferred.

  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.

  • Experience in the MedTech industry is preferred.

  • This position must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Presence in New Brunswick, NJ will be required on an ad hoc basis.

  • The role may require 5%-10% domestic and/or international travel

The base pay range for this position is $ $113,000 - $195,500 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
