Role SummaryUtilizes knowledge of the company and client groups to analyze and improve business processes relating to the assigned client groups. Serves as a consultant to one or more business units to manage complex client projects and solve issues. Helps execute the strategic priorities for the assigned client groups to better reach clients, maximize engagement, and deliver business value.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a primary contact to multiple assigned client groups. Serves as the business or product owner for complex projects. Partners with the business and client to define requirements for projects, manages the end-to-end process of completing the project, and helps guide the internal decision-making process. Keeps both internal and external teams up to date on the timeline and progress of projects.
Synthesizes research for assigned clients and projects to develop recommendations for process changes to resolve issues. Conducts complex data analyses to generate recommendations for critical client projects. Coordinates business resources across the firm needed to complete standard projects.
Leverages data and analysis to communicate and recommend solutions that will improve client experience, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve operational efficiency. Works to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and communicates findings and recommendations to them regularly to drive change and improvements within the business.
Supports specific high-profile initiatives that help meet key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, or nondiscretionary compliance projects.
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
