Role Summary
The Liquidity Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships within the liquidity markets. This role involves working closely with management to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, and provide tailored liquidity solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, extensive knowledge of liquidity products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Drive sales through corporate treasurers and manage distribution through liquidity portals
Collaborate with investment and product teams to create solutions that meet client needs
Drive marketing and event strategies
Develop content to enhance sales and relationship management
Coordinate sales opportunities with shared clients across the firm and capitalize on strategic prospects for long-term growth
Serve as an expert on best practices, regulations, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Qualifications
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and business development, particularly within liquidity sales.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of liquidity markets, cash management, and investment products; understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and build high-performing sales and client service teams; strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving organizational growth.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex data, market trends, and client needs to develop effective strategies and solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate with senior client contacts and internal stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with high-profile clients.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate opportunities and develop long-term, sustainable growth plans; innovative and strategic mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for full time remote work.
Base salary ranges:
$138,000.00 - $249,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$138,000.00 - $249,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$138,000.00 - $249,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus , which is determined upon company and individual performance.
