Overview
T. Rowe Price Associates. Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Baltimore, MD to:
Partner with technical project teams and business partners to elicit, clarify and translate complex business requirements into applications, functional and detailed technical solution documentation and conceptual designs.
Define and translate business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes.
Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and met.
Minimum Requirements
Position requires a master’s degree in computer science, electrical/electronics engineering, or a related field plus 2+ years experience as a systems/business analyst or a related field.
2+ years of experience with MS Visio and MS Excel to document system design, process workflow and screen mockup.
2+ years of experience with defining and analyzing workarounds for business problems, analyzing and profiling large volumes of data as well as complex data structure using SQL.
2+ years of experience formulating SQL queries to perform data analysis and data reconciliation, testing system interfaces and managing impact to application from upstream data changes, and managing updates to the Shell scripts.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
