Area Sales Manager- Inside Sales

Job Summary :
Achieves sales by calling remotely from the designated list of Dentists, Resellers & colleges across India. Advances the sales process, service and value proposition.
Independently performs sales work and training under general supervision for assigned territory or account subset by mail, telephone, or the Internet at a fixed site, whether home or office, rather than at the customer’s place of business.
Initiates actions towards unresolved issues. When necessary, supervisor is consulted for assistance in problem areas.
Understands product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/market functions, and competitive products, prices and policies.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships with Dentists, Key Opinion Leaders & Resellers.
Understands the customer’s business/sales cycle to influence key players. Introduces new products, sells and upgrades regular product orders as per division's priority and informs customer of product promotions/ loyalty programs.
React efficiently to inquiries on products, applications, cross reference to advance the sales process, service and value proposition and also ensure support from PS for physical demos and handling usage enquiries from customers.
Utilizes active listening and communication skills to learn and build customer relationships and understand opportunity and priority to sell.
Responsible for performing work as an individual contributor within a forecast target. Achieves specific sales objectives by providing sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory.
Demonstrates knowledge and use of social selling tools to create connections with industry and customers.
Strong phone presence and experience, dialing multiple calls in a day.
Experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Roles & Responsibilities :
Customer, Key Account management & Sales target management working remotely.
Customer engagement and activity management.
Proactively utilizes CRM to update on activities, events, opportunities and account plans to manage assigned account/territory.
Deliver on the expectations from the assigned market.
Functionally, reporting will be the Asia OCSD Inside Sales Leader, however will work closely with India Division Sales Leader or any assigned Front Line Sales Supervisor.
4+ years of Selling Experience of which 1-2 years Inside sales Experience preferred.
