Lockheed Martin Engineering Planner in Bath, Maine
Description: Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Provides the Lockheed Martin Site Manager located at the Aegis Test Team (ATT) in Bath, ME with project and manpower planning support, budget implementation and monitoring, and support all administrative functions. Office support and management duties will include: Assist in the development, and maintain manpower and budget plans, support the Site Manager with cost and schedule variance analysis, conduct monthly financial reviews, assist site manager with weekly and monthly activity status reports and presentations, support the site manager with Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, and office administration. Applicant will also support the Assistant Site Manager. Support local customer unique tasking for ATT Bath.
Track test equipment inventory and calibration dates.
Manage employee certification database.
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be willing to travel. This position requires up to 25% travel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Exposure to financial management concepts.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work with minimal supervision.
Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (Business)
• Related work experience in earned value management or accounting
•Experience with data analysis, budget planning and manpower planning. Familiar with earned value management (EVM) terms such as ACWP, BCWS, BCWP, ETC, EAC. Knowledge of Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
