What Sales Strategy and Support Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Strategy and Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Location - Fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Managing the relationship and growing the Major Rugby business with Major Rugby’s State Government, LTC and GPO markets

  • Explore opportunities with customers, demonstrating the value that the Major Rugby portfolio of products brings to their institution

  • Break down obstacles to success, working with GPOs and the customer base to position the Major Rugby portfolio for success

Qualifications

  • Experience influencing customers through the use of relationship building, data and financial acumen (data-driven, analytical approach preferred)

  • Ideally targeting individuals with 4+ years in a customer facing capacity

  • Understanding of the GPO space and how to leverage them for success

  • Understanding of wholesale distribution (ideally Cardinal Health's model) and how customers are incentivized strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated passion for process improvement with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve efficiency required

  • Possesses analytical capability to assess sales opportunities and provide targeting guidance to the team

  • Dedicated to process improvement, influencing key stakeholders within the process toward efficient process operations

  • Strong leadership experience, demonstrating ability to get the most from your team

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and influence them to purchase the Major Rugby product over other competing option

  • Demonstrates understanding of Cardinal Health prime vendor agreements and how the purchase of Major Rugby products fits into the customer’s incentive structure

Anticipated Salary Range: $103,500.00 - 147,850.00 USD (base)

Bonus Eligible: Yes - 15% MIP Annually
