We have an opening in our Sustainment team as an IT Operations Analyst! This critical role will focus on supporting the business in logistics and manufacturing applications. You’ll troubleshoot and solve complex problems with an eye for continuous improvement, making sure our processes are efficient and optimized. This role works on a hybrid model and can be located in the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Application Support - You’ll participate in 2nd and 3rd level support for global users of Kellanova’s Logistics & Manufacturing Applications. You’ll manage the entire support process working with other IT teams, vendors, and the business.

• Customer Support – With your adept communication skills, you’ll assist your logistics and manufacturing partners to understand the processes enabled by our IT applications.

• Solution Focused – Communicating with different groups across the organization, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues by researching, analyzing, and determining appropriate courses.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic knowledge of business operations and IT processes in the logistics and manufacturing area (for example DLX applications Warehouse Management, Toolbox, Verilogic or Workforce Management)

• Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution

• A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations

• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations

• Expert at use of Microsoft Suite programs (Excel, Access)

• Capacity to continuously learn new IT applications/components
