Hyatt Regency Bellevue, set in downtown Seattleās Eastside, features 731 guestrooms and over 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The Group Sales Manager is a sales department job in the hotel with a performance quota. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, prospecting to generate business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals and contracts, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilizes Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate. The Sales Manager also works as a team member with the sales staff in close contact with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff. This position is responsible for booking group business of 100 room nights on peak based on a specific territory.
This position has a salary compensation ranging from $70,600-$106,000. The offer compensation will be determined by level of experience.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 2 years of hotel sales manager or comparable experience preferred
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training
Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training
