Senior Automation Business Analyst

What does a great Senior Automation Business Analyst do?

As the Senior Automation Business Analyst, you will work directly with the Settlement Controls and Solutions team to define best-in-class automation solutions to support the overall improvement of business functions and lead the execution of a short-term plan to migrate existing legacy automation to a new platform. You will apply strong business knowledge and analytics to support the business units by creating sustainable reporting and dashboarding solutions. You will work closely with Settlement Digital and Data Management and Business Units to streamline process through new automations under sustainable automation platform (Power Automate, etc.) using centralized data.

What you will do:

  • Manage the RPA Team to create, optimize existing RPA and Migrate 400+ Automations a Low Code Enterprise Automation Platform (Power Automate, others)

  • Define framework to standardize design, development, deployment and maintenance for all automations.

  • Facilitating “Discovery” and creation of User Stories

  • Help transform an organization and help automate reporting processes

  • Provide Executive and Senior Leaders timely and accurate reporting

  • Create and maintain RPA Power Automate Solutions, UI Path

  • Create and maintain KPI Metric reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (PA) reporting

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent experience

  • 6 plus years experience developing and analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and preparing reports, perform quality assurance, create user guide and provide support to the end users

  • Experience in reporting, analytics and interpret data to drive business decisions

  • Demonstrated proficiency with ETL and RPA tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, UIPATH) 

  • Intermediate level in Python

  • Experience with Visual Basic

  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

  • Focus on continuous improvement and learning required 

  • Hands on experience with SQL

What would be great to have:

  • Master’s degree is desirable

  • Familiarity with Oracle and Hadoop a plus

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
