Senior Product Designer- Sales Enablement

What does a successful Senior Product Designer, Sales Enablement do at Fiserv?

Are you a visionary Product Designer with exceptional skills and a deep passion for shaping the future of the financial services industry? Fiserv presents a unique opportunity for a Product Designer to assume a pivotal role in enhancing and refining our Catalyst platform. This role offers an exciting chance to apply user-centric design principles to develop a game-changing web and mobile experience that will transform how our sales, partner teams and merchants engage with each other and with Clover. As a Product Designer on our team, your primary objective will be to create user-centered designs that enhance the efficiency and success of various stakeholders, including sales representatives, merchants, referral users, bankers, Relationship Managers, and more.

What you will do:

  • Work with sales reps, referral users, bankers, and other key stakeholders to understand user needs deeply and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Apply design thinking and a product mindset to identify user problems, ideate solutions, and validate through testing and feedback.

  • Develop imaginative and visionary end-to-end wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs consistent with our brand and design system.

  • Work closely with Product Managers and engineers to prioritize design requirements and iterate based on feedback.

  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines; keep up with design trends and emerging technologies.

  • Create and maintain design documentation on Jira and Confluence for seamless handoff.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

  • 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch.

  • Proficiency in designing web applications and experiences.

  • Experience facilitating user interviews and design feedback sessions.

What will be great to have:

  • Previous experience designing tools for high-performing teams.

  • Proficiency in designing mobile applications for iOS.

  • Experience facilitating design thinking workshops.

  • Knowledge of the merchant industry and experience in sales enablement tools.

  • Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Salary Range:

99,700.00 - 135,600.00 - 169,500.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
