Senior Product Manager - GBS Gift Solutions

About The Team:

Our team at Fiserv is dedicated to revolutionizing the world of Stored Value, Prepaid Closed Loop, Loyalty, and Payment Solutions. We are passionate about driving innovation and delivering unparalleled value to our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Lead product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring market requirements and product strategy alignment.

• Collaborate with clients, sales, engineering, and operational teams to identify business requirements and provide consultation within the specified verticals.

• Define and maintain a balanced Product/Solution portfolio, including roadmap development and detailed business and market requirements.

• Drive product development and enhancements, maintaining awareness of customer and market needs through user interviews and market research.

• Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues and provide relevant product information to support sales and marketing efforts.

• Lead cross-functional teams and dotted-line relationships through the project lifecycle to deliver development efforts.

• Support product innovation and assist with the education and enrollment of consumers into new product programs.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 5 years experience in product management, product strategy, payments, or equivalent.

• Prior experience in negotiations, vendor, and product/business management.

• In-depth knowledge of card brand regulations, and bank payment processing, including PCI.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts and requirements clearly from both Business and IT perspectives.

What Would Be Great To Have:

• 3-5 years’ POS or Gift Card or Product strategy-related experience.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge/expertise in one or more products/solutions or product lines.

• Deep understanding of user personas, competitor solutions, product/solution packaging, pricing, and profitability.

• Strong strategic acumen and experience with a solid technical background.

Salary Range

$129,400.00 - $217,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
