Job Title

Senior Staff Server Engineer

• 8+ years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable applications in Java.

• 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable cloud-based applications.

• Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes, Argo CD, Docker, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitHub is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience working with RDBMS and No-SQL. Advanced knowledge of SQL syntax, queries, and database management. Experience with MySQL, MongoDB and other specific SQL databases is a plus.

• Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.

• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

• Ability to effectively communicate the work required at each step of the process.

• Ability to clearly and concisely analyze SWOT issues and decision points.

• Possesses the ability to effectively communicate successes and failures of a model, processes, and procedures with a clear understanding of critical success.

• Own and manage the technical documents for software modules delivered with the Solution Architects/Technical Leads.

• Coordinate with Product/Business Analysts on the design and implementation of software module development.

• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions where the team shares ideas and new features of the product.

• Coordinate with customer support teams to identify, design, develop, and roll out timely solutions for any issues reported.

• Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.

• Support and coordinate the rollout of developed software modules in solution testing environments.

• Own and deliver solutions required for any issues identified during solution testing.

• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to identify, design, develop, and roll out timely solutions.
