User Experienc Researcher

This is a *Hybrid, Onsite position in our Berkeley Heights, NJ office .*

What does a successful User Experience Researcher do at Fiserv?

As a User Experience Researcher with Fiserv, you will work directly and collaboratively with the Bank Solutions UX team to craft software solutions that are both usable and appealing. You will develop and own research strategy, lead formative and evaluative research to shape the software experience, and up-level the people around you.

If you have experience researching in a B2B environment and you’re looking to make a significant market impact, then we want you to join our team!

What you will need to have:

• 8-10 + years of experience leading User Experience research

• Experience delivering impactful insights through research methods such as contextual inquiry, usability testing, interviews, card sorting and surveys

• Knowledge and experience in journey mapping, persona development, and design thinking

• Experience with UX research tools like UserTesting, UserZoom or other research tools

• Knowledge and experience in journey mapping, persona development, and design thinking

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, psychology, human factors, social science, or a related field

What would be great to have:

• A solid UX research process focused on outcomes.

• Experience working within an Agile SDLC.

• Experience with recruiting B2B end users.

• Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms

• Master’s Degree in related field

• Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.

Travel required: up to 10%
