Description:
Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and creative Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. If you are interested in working in a stunning resort, with the opportunity to create and innovate the pastries for our guests and clients, joins us this season.
The pastry cooks responsibilities is for preparing high-quality, desserts, breads, and pastries while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste. Ensure a proper storage, labelling and rotation of ingredients and finished products, maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of baking techniques, Dessert presentation, and pastry equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
