Description:
COME SPEND SUMMER WITH US! Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a Barista at the Trading Post Starbucks to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic candidate, to bring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serve variety of Starbucks beverages and food products according to established recipes and standards, greet guests warmly, take orders accurately and provide product recommendations, maintain transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, restock supplies and inventory as needed, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive work environment.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
