COME WORK THE SUMMER WITH US! Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to support the team at Corn Maiden, our signature fine-dining restaurant. Located in one of the most stunning landscapes of the Santa Ana Pueblo, Corn Maiden offers a refined, Southwestern - inspired dining experience that showcases exceptional flavors and warm hospitality.
Assistant servers are responsible for delivering a seamless, high-end dining experience, clear, reset, and maintain tables to fine-dining standards, ensure water glasses are filled, beverages are refresh, and guests' needs are meet promptly, support running food and deliver dishes with attention to presentation and detail, maintain a clean and organized work environment, including service stations and dining areas. Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications:
A strong team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to stand extended periods of times
