Hyatt Security Officer Part Time in BERNALILLO, New Mexico

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa is seeking a responsible, professional and costumer services experienced Security Officer to join our team. Nestled between the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande, Hyatt Tamaya Resort & Spa is more than just a luxury resort - it's a destination rich in culture, history, and natural beauty. Located on the Santa Ana Pueblo, our resort offers a unique blend of world-class hospitality and indigenous traditions, creating an experience unlike any other.

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required, respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest or employee concerns, provide assistance to guests and employees in need, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, work closely with hotel management, local law enforcement, and emergency response team when needed.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

  • Previous security experience preferred
