The Regional Staffing Consultant is responsible for fully staffing all onsite events with quality healthcare providers within an assigned region. The role is responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding to build and maintain a network of quality healthcare staff to meet changing and growing business demands. The Regional Staffing Consultant is the point of contact for field staff within their assigned region and is responsible for building and maintain strong relationships within their region. This role thrives in a team environment and requires a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

What You' ll Accomplish:

  • Responsible for staffing all onsite events with qualified, professional, and trained healthcare staff within assigned region.

  • Recruits, hires, and on-boards to build and maintain a network of quality healthcare staff to meet changing and growing business demands.

  • Proactively identifies areas for recruitment and strategically hire based on upcoming volume, staff requirements, and challenging areas to staff.

  • Strategically assigns Regional Coordinator(s) to pre identified recruitment needs and onsite event staffing based on the needs of the region.

  • Acts as point of contact for field staff and provide real time support or timely follow up to resolve issues and address concerns/questions.

  • Escalates to senior leadership and/or HR when necessary.

  • Addresses post event client feedback with staff member(s) and provides coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.

  • Ensures staff completion of pre event client security requirements and badging protocols.

  • Partners with the Regional Event Lead Coordinator team to strategically staff events to deliver exceptional onsite service for clients and participants.

  • Collaborates with Client Success and Service Delivery teams to fully understand and successfully execute on client staffing requirements.

  • Books approved travel for staff and ensure payment exceptions are documented correctly for accurate and timely payment.

  • Assigns trainings to staff in LMS and track completion to ensure onsite teams are appropriately trained on client requirements and new products.

  • Participates in department and cross departmental meetings

  • Supports staffing team members to ensure all onsite events are fully staffed

  • Works rotating on call weekends to ensure all onsite events are staffed and provide real time support to field staff.

  • Other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 3+ years of experience in a high volume recruiting and staffing role; strongly preferred experience with medical/healthcare workers.

  • Experience in employer wellness space and onsite screening/immunizations services is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling applications, and learning management systems.

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues by using independent judgment to assess the situation, quickly formulate potential solutions, and present options for resolution.

  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.




Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Fall season is our busiest season and the HR consultant may be asked to work a little later than the normal schedule.
