Lockheed Martin Senior HR Technology Analyst in Bethesda, Maryland

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated innovative individual with a passion for excellence and technology driven solutions to join our Enterprise HR Technology team! Join us and contribute to our transformation journey, driving optimization and modernization of our enterprise human resources technology. This exciting role will critically enable transformation of the Talent Acquisition and internal Talent Marketplace technologies, infusing latest innovation and automation to modernize stakeholder experiences and deliver major business impact.

The ideal candidate for the Senior HR Technology Analyst position has robust experience with Talent Acquisition processes and technologies in a high volume, fast-paced environment of complex integrated systems. The ideal candidate has served as a strategist and consultant to advise functional customers and information technology partners on evaluation, selection, integrated design, and technology implementations to address business objectives. The ideal candidate has demonstrated broad integrated processes and systems design thinking and is able to partner effectively across multiple initiatives, technology implementation projects and stakeholder groups.

The Senior HR Technology Analyst position is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise functional team with the following:

- Analysis of business requirements, use cases, opportunities for optimization and automation. Facilitate focus on integrated end-user experiences, including developing persona and user journey artifacts. Facilitate alignment with transformation north stars.

- Discovery, evaluation, and selection of technology solutions to support end-to-end talent acquisition and internal mobility process optimization. Facilitating technology eco-system roadmap alignment. Proactively identify innovation opportunities, track advances in the technology. Serve as technology subject matter expert, consult with functional product owners, and provide end-to-end integrated technology design and offer implementation recommendations.

- Partner with information technology resources and technology vendors to plan complex highly integrated implementations. Lead, manage or support business case development, risk assessment, project plan development, resource planning, stakeholder reviews and change management planning.

- Lead requirements development during technology implementation, leveraging leading practices. Partner with information technology resources and implementation partners to design and configure technology to address requirements. Support prioritization of requirements, evaluation and governance for customization, drive toward core common solution with minimal customization.

- Partner with functional product owners to influence and shape technology vendor roadmaps via design partner, early adopter, or user group advisory to enhance delivered capabilities in alignment with business objectives. Lead release management activities, including feature analysis and adoption planning. Partner with information technology and implementation consultants to deliver enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education and experience

- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and internal talent mobility processes; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience across all stages of Talent Acquisition technology implementation and enhancements lifecycle

- Analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills and experience with ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment

- Proven ability to collaborate and partner across multiple stakeholders and initiatives; ability to influence and shape mutually beneficial outcomes for conflicting priorities

- Excellent communications skills, including ability to convey complex business requirements and technical solutions with appropriate context and detail to various stakeholder audiences

Desired Skills:

- Relevant system administration experience with SAP applications, including SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP Employee Central, SAP WorkZone, SAP Onboarding, SAP Reporting Stories and SAP Analytics Cloud or similar applications

- Project management and agile (scrum) experience and certifications

- Experience with major process and technology transformation initiatives
