Job Description

New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. In the advancement of our Company's digital strategy, the supply chain management (SCM) organization plays a critical role at the intersection of our Company’s Manufacturing and Commercial organizations and our customers. To balance its compliance, supply, service, and cost objectives, SCM has embarked on a multi-year journey which includes deployment of many digital capabilities, including innovations using advanced technologies such as blockchain, internet-of-things (IoT), robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI).

This role will be responsible for technical delivery of advanced solutions as part of the SCM digital strategy. This role will undertake the ambiguous task of advancing the digital agenda through its lifecycle, from experimentation to the development to final implementation. The incumbent will need to work across a geographically distributed supply chain organization to understand both common, globally scalable needs as well as the nuances local markets may have. Execution of programs, particularly IT delivery, is expected to be accomplished through a network of platform and product owners, the IT hubs in Prague, Singapore, and the United States, as well as through an ecosystem of technology service providers.

Candidate needs to have strong technical, communication, and networking skills. The ability to take complex technical concepts and explain how they solve complex business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. Candidate should possess a strong passion for innovative technology but match that passion with a strong desire to realize value through application of these innovations to solve real problems.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. preferably in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or Supply Chain

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working experience delivering IT services and solutions, with an emphasis on advanced technologies

  • Prior working experience with Cloud technology (AWS or Azure)

  • Prior working experience utilizing Agile methods to bring new solutions though experimental stages and subsequent scale up and industrialization

  • Prior working experience working across geographies and organizational levels

  • Prior working experience building strong relationships with business organizations and technology delivery centers

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Block Chain technologies like Ethereum or HyperLedger Fabric

  • Experience in languages such as NodeJS, SQL

  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, distribution and logistics, commercial operations, order-to-cash, finance, and production operations and the integration points across these functions

  • Full stack development experience
