This is position reports into the Senior Finance Manager for US Supply Chain and the preference for a candidate is to be based at Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA. Will consider a remote work option for a strong candidate.

What You Will Do

This position will play a critical role in the overall delivery of cash flow improvement initiatives for Kenvue by driving inventory optimization across the North America region, including actuals trends & projections, shaping action plans to close gaps to goals in the short term, and activating improvement initiatives to evolve the structure of our supply chain to achieve benchmark goals against our competitive set in the long term. This position will also provide decision making support to Senior Leadership and will play an important role in all financial close and forecast cycles.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables through facts & with analytics. A process-oriented and innovation mindset coupled with excellent communication & framing skills will also be critical to the success of this individual. This role requires interaction with numerous stakeholders in a highly dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bringing forward insights on monthly actuals with reporting & analytics

  • Partnering on monthly inventory projections (including enabling increased accuracy & transparency into assumption)

  • Shaping inventory glidepaths to achieve quarterly and year-end goals

  • Activating excess inventory & SLOB risk management best practices

  • Managing SOX/Compliance deliverables and key controls and partnering closely with internal and external audit teams as needed

  • Supporting special projects

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance

  • Strong financial acumen and a compliance mindset

  • Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; including proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to automate work

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)

  • Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independently

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain and Consumer Products industries as well as Public Accounting

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 – $117,300.
