Job Description

The Medicare NextGen Platform Enablement Team - Train 6 Reporting and Analytics is looking for an individual that can assist with managing the implementation of reporting capabilities on the platform in preparation for the next migration wave. This individual will work collaboratively with other members of the Platform Team, Business customers and IT delivery teams.

Fundamental Components

  • Responsible for gathering reporting requirements for reports and/or reporting capabilities;

  • Responsible for coordinating the development of reporting deliverables across the program and other internal reporting teams;

  • Responsible for gathering detail requirements;

  • Works collaboratively with business customers to coordinate User Acceptance Testing;

  • Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and manage production support issues as they arise;

  • Coordinating with resources outside of the program that require consultation and technical guidance on the Medicare NextGen Platform and data sources;

  • Ability to manage work assignments in an Agile Delivery process including tracking work in RTC

Background Experience

  • Solid Project Management and supervisory skills

  • Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills

  • Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team

  • Past experience includes development of budgets

  • Proven communication skills both written and verbal

  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience and 5-7 years of management experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems, processes etc preferred.
