Job Description:

The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating receipt, storage, and distribution of materials between the Parts and Raw Materials Warehouse and Manufacturing.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct warehouse staff in accordance with operational priorities

  • Connect with customers outside the warehouse to provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Adhere strictly to site safety regulations and quality policies

  • Determine and successfully implement daily work assignments in alignment with warehouse priorities

  • Coordinate housekeeping and inventory control

  • Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, and projects

  • Provide technical guidance and training to others

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Proven track record to identify and resolve issues

  • Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities vital to perform job duties

  • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior knowledge working with an MRP system, SAP preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Hourly Full Time scheduled 40 hours per week, onsite at our Bridgewater facility, occasional duties may be required at Raynham facility.

Other :

  • The anticipated travel for this position is 10%
