ManpowerGroup Lead Specialist - Wire Transfer Team in Brooklyn, Ohio

4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144

Typical work hours are in office Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Brief: This position is responsible for the processing of electronic transfer of money from bank to bank which average $3 billion daily. This position must also ensure the accurate and timely performance of such tasks so as to provide a high standard of service for the customer. 3-5 years of wire transfer or operations experience preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide quality customer service when receiving customer transfer requests and inquiries and support the customer service activity to ensure a consistent standard of service is maintained and provided for our clients. Process wire transfer requests from external and internal clients in a professional manner. Resolve routine problems with minimal input from leadership team. Maintain a professional working relationship with leaders as well as associates. Consistently demonstrate the Key Values and adhere to the Key Difference standards. Demonstrates attention to, and conveys understanding of, the comments and questions of others. Utilizes personal time effectively. Maintain established Service Level Agreements.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 1 or more years' experience in a client service or call center environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to perform effectively and accurately in a fast paced environment Ability to interact effectively with other departments Ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

PC skills (Microsoft Office, Windows 2000, Lotus Notes) Mainframe system knowledge (Hogan, OLDS) Bachelor's degree in business or bank related field Knowledge and/or experience in funds transfer or related activities
