This position is Mobile by Design with a combination of work days in the Brooklyn, OH office and working from home.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.

ABOUT THE JOB

Performing with minimal supervision, the timely and accurate pricing of securities on Global Plus. Manages and monitors daily automated pricing interfaces. Interacting with Key Private Bank, responsible for managing stale priced asset control process. Timely and accurate pricing ensures securities are valued correctly on customer statements and for client fees and investment review purposes. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem resolution skills are critical to succeeding in this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely pricing of securities on Global Plus accounting system.

  • Monitors daily automated pricing interfaces.

  • Reviews alternative investment valuation statements and updates pricing based on analysis.

  • Researches pricing sources for securities that are not priced by automated vendors.

  • Maintains professional relationship with vendors, trust officers and investment managers.

  • Resolves inquiries pertaining to pricing of securities.

  • Inputs data into accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Analyzes information received and performs a variety of control and processing functions leveraging knowledge securities industry procedures to properly accomplish underlying transactions.

  • Maintains detailed, accurate, and organized work files.

  • Reviews work processes for opportunities for improvement. Initiates, develops, and implements process improvement.

  • Cross-trains on other unit desks to expand knowledge base and to assist with open desk coverage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Four-year degree in business with a concentration in finance, accounting or management or related work experience preferred.

  • Securities industry experience or related analytical work experience is helpful.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong detail focus.

  • Ability to learn detailed processes quickly and function independently with limited supervision.

  • Excellent research and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
