DuPont is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Implementation Specialist at our facility located in Yerkes, NY . This role is responsible for the defining and delivering PSM, Grow & Improve projects in alignment with tactical and strategic Business Technology objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge of the LOB technology to define and implement solutions for PSM, Grow and Improve projects.

• Leads or participates in front end loading of capital projects.

• Provides input into Business Technology Implementation Plan (BTIP).

• Provides input into Multi-Generational Technology Plan (MGTP).

• Lead or participates in PHAs.

• First contact in MT for advanced troubleshooting for Operations.

• Responsible for providing technical training and coaching to Operations Engineers and Technical staff.

• Provide required engineering support for RCI’s.

• Leads or supports raw material qualification or trials for new products.

• Validates technical solutions and documents results to drive toward a standardized Process Technology.

• Provides technical input for Management of Change.

• Lead or Participate in Project Reviews.

• Collaborates across MT, Operations, EHS, R&D, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 Years experience in manufacturing environment.

• Learning agility - A personal drive to learn, pivot when necessary, and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our company in the face of a changing world and customer base.

• Intellectual curiosity - Proactively investing time and energy into learning more and personally developing, in the interest of improving yourself and delivering better results.

The Pay range for this role is $75,600.00 - $118,800.00 Annual

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
