CVS Health DevSecOps Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts

Job Description

CVS Health Digital is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with experience working in fast-paced startup-like environments.

Our team is looking for a talented DevSecOps professional with a deep technical background and experience implementing, running, and operationally maintaining security tooling and processes within production environments. Experience working as part of a team is critical, with a passion for optimizing security posture within cloud environments and the SDLC.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure development experience

• 3+ years of cloud security experience

• 3+ years of network security experience

• Experience with Public Cloud (ideally AWS tools and services, OR Azure, Google Cloud, OR OpenStack)

• Micro services architecture (Docker)

• Experience working in an Agile SCRUM (or SAFe) SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong desire to automate everything

• Experience with CI/CD build tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, etc)

• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby, and/or JavaScript

• Configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc

• Cloud security knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on IAM, vulnerability management, threat modeling and networking

• An understanding of application deployment patterns and best practices

• An understanding and use of cloud security and software security standards and best practices such as CIS, OWASP, BSIMM, NIST.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
