Manpower is currently seeking individuals to work in Production and Assembly in Cadillac, MI on 3rd shift. This is a slow-paced position that is temp-to-hire for right candidate (based on attendance & performance). This position has the potential to go permanent with good performance and attendance.

Manufacturing product from start to finish
Placing product on and off the production line, operating machinery and inspecting finished goods
Ensuring quality standards are being met
What you bring to the job?
Vaccinated against COVID-19
Some assembly desired
Ability to work at a slow to moderate paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement
Must be able to tolerate constant loud noise level (hearing protection provided)
