Principal Accountabilities
Operates facility environmental control systems including water and wastewater treatment as directed by operational and permit requirements. Must comply with relevant department SOP’s, regulatory requirements, plant policies and procedures
Monitors environmental systems by obtaining samples and conducting associated analytical tests
Candidate will make adjustments to ensure compliance with regulatory and plant requirements
Performs technical work within the operation and maintenance of environmental based equipment and processes
Makes periodic rounds to check overall condition of processes and equipment
Obtain and record plant operation readings according to prescribed schedules
Completes accurate data entry on designated spreadsheets and reporting tools
Maintains all work areas in a clean and orderly condition
Completes cleaning activities of process probes, process chambers, and structures according to regular schedule
Performs other related functions as they become apparent or as plant needs shift
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
High school diploma or GED
Ability to operate a variety of tools, machinery, vehicles, and equipment
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed

Previous Wastewater Experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
Communication skills both within and across departments
