Description:
You will be the Expediter Manufacturing Specialist for our Production Support team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment by expediting, routing, and dispatching materials and parts according to production schedules and commitments.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Expediter Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing production schedules, identifying potential shortages, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include:
• Expediting materials and parts to meet production deadlines
• Reviewing master production schedules to identify potential shortages
• Making SAP entries for material/parts
• Assisting with work order issues and preparing DOT paperwork
• Loading/unloading shipments at the facility
• Maintaining records of completed orders

Basic Qualifications:
Forklift driving experience.
Inventory control experience, kitting/dispatch/floor support in production environment.
Basic computer skills.
One year of SAP or MRP related experience.
One year of PP&C experience in a manufacturing environment.
This position is located in a facility that requires special access therefore candidate must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
Warehousing, Material Handling, and Inventory experience
Leadership capability
SAP experience or equivalent

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
