Lockheed Martin Inspector Senior Specialist - Camden, AR in Camden, Arkansas
Description: You will be the Inspector Senior Specialist for our quality assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in our products, and we're looking for a seasoned inspector to lead the way.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting complex inspections, interpreting prints, and utilizing handheld inspection tools to verify product quality. You will also play a key role in training and developing other inspectors to perform routine inspections.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Conducting visual and dimensional inspections
-Interpreting prints and utilizing handheld inspection tools
-Training other inspectors in routine inspections
-Assessing and authorizing other inspectors' readiness for specific inspections
-Cross-training inspectors in adjacent area inspections
-Filling in for other inspectors as needed

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Knowledge of various measurement and inspection techniques.
-Computer Experience
-Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
-This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge in specialized functions, wide and comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects and technical phases of the job.
-Expertise in using predetermined methods, setups and prescribed specification to inspect visually and dimensionally in-process and completed products.
-Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
-Microsoft Office suite experience
-Strong teaming ability and effective communication
skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
