Kellanova is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team at our Cary, NC plant who will contribute to our mission of delivering a safe and efficient facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and functionality of our facility infrastructure.

As a Facilities Engineer you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you’re passionate about facility management, technical expertise, and program execution, this role is for you!

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead with Excellence – Acting as the subject matter expert for technical and project expertise, you will provide scope definition on projects according to global standards.

• Program Management – You will serve as a critical resource for facility infrastructure investment, planning, execution, and troubleshooting. This includes but is not limited to roofs, floors, structural components, walls, ceilings, platforms, pavement, fire protection systems .

• Develop Capability - Support the facilities team with troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as capability building.

• Collaboration – Build and maintain relationships with vendors, manufacturing teams, and corporate leadership for facility program deployment, gap closure, and execution.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or High School Diploma/GED with significant work experience

• Proven ability to work cross functionally with many different stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization.

• Experience in budgets to plan effectively, proactively solves problems, identifies and shares opportunities and issues.
