Northrop Grumman Flight Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to join us in the pursuit of top-tier financial performance. The position is based in Chandler, Arizona. This position will report to the Flight Systems Division Manager of Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis and will have the following responsibilities:
Financial forecasting, reporting and analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital analysis.
Work with the finance and business management teams to provide variance analyses.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for Division leadership.
Help consolidate Flight Systems Division's Long Range Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
Interface with business, program, and Division personnel.
Perform miscellaneous financial analyses and ad hoc projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Economics
Minimum of 3years of finance or accounting experience, or other related experience or a Master's Degree with 1 years of related experience.
Strong analytical ability
Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience with Costpoint, SAP, Cognos TM1, Hyperion Planning software (or other similar software), database software.
Expertise in financial analysis
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
